Chapter One: Introduction

Industrial conflicts, characterized by disputes between employers and employees, are common in workplaces worldwide. In Sabon Gari LGA, Kaduna State, such conflicts often arise due to wage disputes, working conditions, and communication breakdowns. Effective Public Relations (PR) strategies can mitigate these conflicts by promoting dialogue, fostering understanding, and building trust between stakeholders. PR serves as a bridge, ensuring that grievances are addressed promptly and amicably, thereby reducing disruptions and maintaining industrial harmony.
1.2 Statement of the Problem
